FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions.

Everything you need to know about transitioning from clinical dentistry into AI and technology.

Getting Started

Do I need tech experience to join?add

No. You do not need to code. You do not need a technology degree. Our programs are designed for clinicians with zero tech background. I built this for dental professionals starting exactly where you are.

What if I'm not sure I'm ready to transition?add

That is exactly what the free strategy call is for. You do not have to quit immediately. You can stay clinical part-time and start AI part-time. We will help you build a bridge without burning one.

Am I too old to make this transition?add

No. Your years of experience are an asset. Companies want seasoned professionals who understand the industry. Age is not a disqualifier. Experience is a differentiator.

Can I do both clinical work and AI work?add

Yes. Many dental professionals keep a part-time clinical role while working in AI. It keeps you connected to the environment AI companies serve. It can be a strategic advantage.

Programs & Pricing

How is this different from going back to school?add

Our programs cost a fraction of a degree, take weeks instead of years, and focus on the exact skills and connections you need to get hired. Not theory. You are not starting over. You are expanding your expertise into a new space.

What kind of roles will I be prepared for?add

Customer success, implementation specialist, product specialist, clinical validator, sales, marketing, consulting, advisory, and training roles. The dental AI space is growing fast and needs people with real clinical experience.

Is there a guarantee I'll get hired?add

We do not guarantee placement, no ethical program can. What we guarantee is that you will leave with a professional brand, real skills, and direct introductions to companies actively hiring dental professionals.

What is the From Chairside to AI manual?add

It is a comprehensive guided planner and workbook I created with everything I learned transitioning from clinical hygiene to AI. It includes 14 sections, 8 appendices, templates, checklists, and a 90-day action plan. $95, lifetime access.

The Transition

How long does the transition take?add

It varies. Some land a role within months. Others take a year. The timeline depends on your network, your effort, and the market. The most important thing is consistency. Keep showing up.

Will I take a pay cut?add

It depends. Some entry-level AI roles may pay less initially. But the growth trajectory is steep. Many dental professionals match or exceed their clinical income within 12 to 24 months.

What if I try and fail?add

You have not failed. You have learned. Your dental license does not expire because you explored a new direction. You can always go back. But you may find you never want to.

What is the best way to get my foot in the door?add

Beta testing and clinical validation. They require your existing expertise and give direct exposure to how AI products work. From there, you expand into customer success, implementation, product, or advisory roles.
